After LLS receives payment and you have signed a retainer, you will get access to the client portal to upload all relevant documents and communications and all applicable policies/procedures pertaining to the issue(s). Once all documents are submitted, you will receive an email to book a Strategy Session with an attorney within 7-10 business days of completing the document upload. LLS will review materials and provide a legal opinion during the Strategy Session. At the conclusion of the Strategy Session, LLS will send you an email detailing the conclusion and suggested next steps.

Price: $1000.

Note: LLS will not assist with gathering any documents. If you do not already have a copy of your employee file, please request it ASAP. Be aware that you may need to make a public records request or a request using the Freedom of Information Act. Asking for this file in person and following up with an email is also helpful.

The services provided in the consultation will conclude at the end of the Strategy Session and the follow-up email. This is a non-refundable, flat-fee payment.
